Handling Time

Each order is carefully prepared in our warehouse before shipping. We want every piece you receive to meet the quality and care you expect from us.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons or sales, handling time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep it fast.

Delivery

We offer free standard shipping across the United States on all orders — because we believe great style shouldn’t come with extra costs.

We work with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delays may occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues. If this happens, we’ll notify you and assist you right away.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can follow your package at any time and see exactly where it is on its way to you.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@nancyboutique.com.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your package has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled, but you’re always welcome to return it following our Return Policy.
